This event is being hosted and facilitated by Tom Bell, Director and Lead Consultant of Cormetis Consulting. Tom is an organisational culture and ethics consultant who draws on a unique and powerful combination of lived, learned, and professional experiences. A trainer, author, and speaker specialising in wilful blindness, ethical fading, and cultural conformity in public services. A former NHS manager who lost his job after Whistleblowing. Tom serves on numerous steering groups and has contributed to a number of nationally significant reports on open government, the justice system, and NHS services.
